Chem-Crete ASP-WB is the waterbased alternative of Chem-Crete ASP for use in projects where non-solvented materials are prefered. Chem-Crete ASP-WB stabilizes tired asphalt pavement, increases its resistance to deformation, keeps it internally and externally dry and thus eliminates all water and moisture associated problems. It prolongs the life of asphalt pavement, keeps it looking good and dramatically reduces maintenance costs. CHEM-CRETE ASP-WB is a water-based penetrating sealer and internal treatment for asphalt pavements. It is engineered using a special blend of emulsified modified water based asphalt binder that is UV stable and modified with several moisture- insensitive silicone-based compounds that have multifunctional active groups. CHEM-CRETE ASP is ideal for application and use in sensitive projects such as street and public park pavement, school playgrounds and domestic driveways.It is also ideal for highways, car park decks, bridges decks and airport runway and loading bays.
