CHEM-CRETE ASP waterproofs and stabilizes tired asphalt pavement, increases its resistance to deformation, keeps it internally and externally dry and thus eliminates all water and moisture related problems. It prolongs the life of asphalt pavement, keeps it looking good and dramatically reduces maintenance costs. CHEM-CRETE ASP is an asphalt based sealer and internal treatment for asphalt pavements. It is engineered using a special blend of oxidized asphalt binder that is UV stable and very rich in its aromatic compounds and modified with several moisture- insensitive silicone-based compounds that have multifunctional active groups. CHEM-CRETE ASP can be used to improve and protect all kinds of asphalt pavements including roads and highways, car park decks, bridges, tunnels and airport runway and loading bays. CHEM-CRETE ASP is applied in a single coat using spray, roller or brush. It can be mixed with fine sand to fill cracks.
